How Do I Make a Reservation?
Simply complete our secure online booking form, or contact us personally by phone at 847-732-3568 or email at: info at magicvacationvillas dot com. A deposit of 25% of the total amount due required to reserve a home or condo. This deposit goes toward the total, and the remaining balance is due 28 days prior to arrival. We accept Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.
Once availability is confirmed and the deposit is paid, we will email you a confirmation letter. It's that simple.
Is a Security Deposit Required?
There is no security deposit required.
What Forms of Payment Are Accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. We will accept personal checks or money orders also. Personal checks must be received at least 4 weeks prior to arrival to allow time for the check to clear the bank.
What Are Low, Mid, High, and Holiday Seasons?
Low = January, May, September, December (except Christmas weeks)
Mid= February, March, April (except Easter weeks), June, August, October, November ( except Thanksgiving week )
High= July and Thanksgiving week (Sat. to Sat.)
Holiday= The week before and after Christmas and the week before and after Easter.
Where Do I Check In?
There is no need to check in at an office. Guests go directly to their homes upon arrival. Detailed directions to your home will be emailed to you 7 days prior to your arrival date. Keys to the home are found in a lock box outside the door, and your confirmation number is the combination to the lock box. All this information will be emailed to you with your directions to the home.
What is Your Cancellation Policy?
Cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival incurs no penalty. Cancellation within 30 days of due arrival date will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations over Christmas or Easter weeks must be received 30 days prior to arrival, or your deposit will be forfeited.
How Many People Can Your Homes Accommodate?
Florida law puts strict limits on the number of occupants permitted to stay overnight in vacation homes. These limits are:
2 bedroom home: 6 persons
3 bedroom home: 8 persons
4 bedroom home: 10 persons
5 bedroom home: 12 persons
6 bedroom home: 14 persons
7 bedroom home: 16 persons
