It is no secret that visitors to Orlando, Florida like to save money. Now that task is easier than ever. The Orlando Convention and Visitors Bureau has just released some money saving tips that can really add up.

Did you know that buying your tickets to most major attractions online and in advance can keep money in your pocket? For instance, the in-person gate admission at Universal Orlando Resort for a 2-park pass is $116.95. If purchased the same in advance and online, the 2-park admission is only $85.95. Best of all it can be used for seven consecutive days.

Another great way to save money while in Orlando is to buy your attraction tickets through the Orlando CVB either online at www.orlandoticketsales.com or at the Official Visitors Center. Ticket venues range from the major theme parks and dinner theaters to airboat rides and more.

Leave the driving to someone else and get a ride to major Orlando attractions for $1 on the I-RIDE Trolley. The trolley operates daily from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

I-RIDE transportation systems (monorails, buses and boats) provide free door-to-door access to all four theme parks, water parks, Downtown Disney and all 23 reosrts.

A free bus circulator called LYMMO offers guests rides along a 3-mile loop in the heart of Downton Orlando for those who want to visit the city’s arts and dining areas.

You can often find eateries that have “kids eat free” specials, which can really save on your food budget. You can also find many free attractions that are sure to keep the kids entertained. All in all, saving money while in Orlando has become an easy task if you are willing to spend a few minutes researching your options.
