Mickey’s Jingle Jungle Parade

The Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando has more to offer than just the Majic Kingdom. While castles and magic are a joy to experience, other resorts in the comples, such as Disney’s Animal Kingdom have much to offer. This year celebrate the season with a bit of wildness that just can’t be found anywhere else.

At Disney’s Animal Kingdom, the holiday season is being celebrated with a giant jungle parade that includes Mickey and all of his Disney buddies. The parade features elaborate floats and is accompanied by the sound of Christmas favorites reworked with a distict jungle flair.

The parade is a feast for the senses, but the celebration continues in all corners of the theme park. Carolers will be strolling through the park serenading guests with holiday greetings. Camp Minnie-Mickey and Oasis will be the base for the carolers with much of the music contained there.

And what would Christmas be without Santa? At Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Goofy is playing Santa this year, and has a wild wonderland set up for visitors to enjoy. Of course, all of the Holiday festivities are in addition to the standard attractions that make the park such a delight for families.

Disney’s Animal Kingdom includes shows, sights, rides and animals - both real and imagined to excite your mind and offer you a true Disney adventure. Popular exhibits open this holiday season include Exhibition Everest, Finding Nemo - the Musical, and the Festival of the Lion King.

The Christmas season is a time of joy and family togetherness. What better way to enjoy your family’s time together than by visiting one of the most unusual theme parks not just in Central Florida, but the world. There is truly something for everyone at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. With such a wide assortment of live entertainment, mild thrills, big thrill rides and more than a few wild animal encounters, this park gives you enough to keep you busy the entire holiday season.

The park is open from 9am to 5pm with occasional Magic Hours which extend the hours of the park to resort guests.
