Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Orlando
Throughout the month of October, Universal Orlando is putting on a chilling Halloween exhibit. The park is transformed into The Carnival of Carnage complete with a ringmaster, attractions and events. The Horror Nights features a trio of evil - Freddy Kruegar, Jason and Leatherface along with eight new haunted houses and many shows.
Halloween Horror Nights has been an annual event at Universal for some time, and this year, the entire theme park has been converted into a collection of decrepit carnival equipment, haunted houses and more
Attractions
The primary attractions of Horror Nights are the eight haunted houses. All eight houses are completely new this year and feature the likes of Friday the 13th, A Nightmare on Elm Street, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, The Thing, Dead Silence and others designed by the experts in visual entertainment at Universal. The houses include vampires, clowns, ghosts and, of course, the scariest creatures and scenes from popular horror films.
Events
There are other events outside of the haunted houses at the theme park. During the nights of Halloween Horror, there will also be four new shows. The shows include Bill and Ted’s Excellent Halloween Adventure, a Tribute to the Rocky Horror Picture Show, a Freak Show, and Jack’s Carnival of Carnage. There will also be hundreds of actors milling throughout the park and participating in side shows designed to thrill and entertain.

Tickets to the event are limited and are on presale through Universal’s website. A single night is just under $65, but Florida residents or those on lenghthy vacations, can get a ticket to thirteen nights for the same price.
