Fun in Orlando

Orlando is jam packed with all kinds of fun for all ages. From shows and fine dining to theme parks and natural preserves, Orlando has it all. If you’re visiting the Orlando area, here are a few things you don’t want to miss while you’re here.

If pool is your game of choice, stop over at Backstage Billiards, located at 5656 International Drive and shoot a few games with the friendly locals. One of Orlando’s premier poolrooms, Backstage Billiards features 16 wide screen plasma televisions so you can watch your favorite show or keep up with the latest sporting event while you brush up on your pool skills.

IceBar Orlando will provide you with a walk through a winter wonderland at any time of the year. Located at 8967 International Drive, IceBar Orlando is one of only two ice bars in America. Be sure to put on some gloves to keep your digits warm, and throw on a jacket to keep the rest of you warm. Come experience this 45-minute arctic adventure. If you are one of the lucky one’s who survives the frigid temperatures of IceBar Orlando, you can celebrate at the adjacent Chill lounge!

Located at CityWalk @ Orlando is the Red Coconut Club. One of Orlando’s newest and most popular nightclubs, the Red Coconut Club has a view of Orlando at night that can’t be matched anywhere else.

Also located at CityWalk is the Groove. Considered part of the ‘next generations’ in nightclub entertainment, the Groove is filled with an array of specialty bars, special effects and a customized sound system to die for. You must be twenty-one to get into the Groove so don’t forget your identification.

Murphy’s Arms Pub is a traditional Irish bar located at 6582 International Drive. It’s one of the only Irish-owned 19th holes in Orlando, and has been in operation for 15 years. Stop in for one of 20 drafts from around the world or any number of imported or domestic beers. Try some of the authentic Irish cuisine too!

Orlando has so much to offer, it’s hard to fit it all in on just one trip, but these spots are definitely worth adding to your itinerary.
