Disney World Halloween 2007
Quite possibly one of the best times to visit Orlando is the autumn. The weather is great, not as hot as during the summer, but still pleasant and warm. The crowds are at a minimum and it’s possible to ride some of the more popular attractions without waiting in long lines. ( For information on avoiding long lines at the attractions, check out this post about the Fastpass system)
Another great reason for an autumn visit is Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. This annual event, held at the Magic Kingdom, is always a favorite among kids and their parents.
More delightful than scary, Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween party is fun for children of all ages.
Guests are encouraged to visit in their favorite Halloween costume, and there are locations throughout the park for trick-or-treating. Even the Characters are dressed up in costumes! The highlights of the party are Mickey’s “Boo-to-You” Halloween Parade and the Happy HalloWishes fireworks display.
The party is being held this year beginning September 14, 2007 and running through November 2, 2007, and requires a separate admission ticket . Prices this year are $45.95 for ages 10 and up, and $39.95 for ages 3-9. Advance tickets can be purchased online or at the park.
The party begins at 7:00pm and ends at 12:00am on the following dates:
September 14, 21, 28, 30
October 4,5,8,11,14,16,18,21,23,25,28,30
Nov. 2
